I’m passionate about helping people find balance and therefore live healthily and happily. Through my holistic approach to mental health, I support my clients to find the well-being that they need and deserve.
It is essential to recognize the link between our mind, body, and spirit, for a true understanding of our overall mental health. I focus on how thoughts and feelings can affect your physical well-being, as well as looking deeply into how our body has the power to influence our mind. In addition, I also spend time considering your spirituality and aura; I believe that by presenting an open mind and open heart, lasting changes can be achieved.
My approach to mental health transcends all emotional, psychological, and social aspects; from cognition to perception, and behavior. By considering each one of these separately, I am able to create an environment for my clients in which they can confidently express themselves, and recognize the full extent of the issue that they are facing. Through this deeply universal approach, I am able to provide assurance to my clients, as well as offer them a new perspective on life.
